5. Where your information is held?
Your information will be held in our internal customer records management (CRM) system provided by third party provider Bullhorn. Bullhorn is a world leading provider of CRM and recruitment software.
Our recruitment team is based in the United Kingdom therefore, with your explicit consent, your information will be processed outside of the EU. We are continuously monitoring the situation in relation to the proposed UK and EU data sharing adequacy agreement and will update this privacy policy as and when necessary.

In order to apply for vacancies on your behalf, we are required to share your information with the recruiting employer.
In addition, we may disclose your personal information: –

- in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights, including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention;
